"A heavy progressive or graduated income tax"

The income tax has nothing to do with raising revenue...it is short and sweet a control mechanism to force indivicuals and businesses to do what they are told to do by the state.

• According to Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution of theUnited States, Congress is given the power to lay and collect taxes on all "excise, tariffs, and duties". Did you know this a National Sales Tax, intended by the first Constitutional Convention to fund the legitimate needs of the Federal Government? If so, you are smarter than Forbes and many other power hungry supplicants to public office.
• Did you know that the first income tax in America was instituted by Abe Lincoln to help fund the UnCivil War? He issued a Presidential Directive that all Government Employees would be required to return 2% of any of their wages that exceeded $600.00 per annum. He was well within his rights to do this as all Government Employees are subject to presidential directives. In 1860 the only people with guaranteed income and benefits were Federal Employees. Congress saw the potential hog trough for their own agendas and tried to pass the income tax on all Americans, but the Supreme Court at that time shot it down as UnConstitutional. It died a deservedly horrible death until Theodore Roosevelt saw a way to punish the corporations of his day and presented it to Congress as a Constitutional Amendment that would break the backs of those corporations.
• He was long gone when the results came back from the several states of the union and Woodrow Wilson, fumbling college professor and puppet of Edward Mandel House, a former Texas State Legislator, who happened to be one of the biggest Socialists in America. Wilson gave House Carte Blanche by instructing the Congress that when they heard House speak, consider it to be coming from him. House gave instructions to the secretary of state to tell Congress assembled that the 16th Amendment had been ratified, and locked up the documents in a safe. In truth, it had NOT been ratified and was so full of mistakes and omissions and changes as to be null and void. The evidence was published by two Montana ranchers that spent their own time and money traveling the states involved and getting certified copies of their return documents. They have published a two volume set of books entitled; "The law that never was" and a simple web search will provide the web site. Lawsuits were filed by true Americans at the time of the announcement, and the Supremes reckoned that indeed it was truly unconstitutional, but since the 17th amendment was also unconstitutional and was now law, they opined the 16th should also be left alone.
• Most Americans today roll their eyes back when anyone questions the income tax, having been indoctrinated in the public schools that it is unpatriotic not to pay "their fair share". If you do nothing else, ask yourself how the 16th amendment can stand in direct opposition to the Constitution itself and the Bill of Rights. The two are diametrically opposed, and can not exist together. The Constitution would not have been ratified by most of the delegates without the later inclusion of the Bill of Rights, so the 16th amendment, coming later, is void on its filthy face. Congress does NOT have the right to do business with any citizen of any state directly. If they want more money from any state they are required to go through the state legislatures and the Governors of those states. I consider myself a Sovereign Citizen of the state of Colorado, and an American Citizen due to the fact we joined the Union 100 years after the ratification of the United States Constitution. I am not subject to the whims of those used-car salesmen that wormed their way into Congress.
• NO ONE can be forced to sign any document, especially any that say "under penalty of perjury". When the I.R.stinkin S. tries to convict someone on tax evasion, they are basing their charges on the W-2 or 1040 form you signed, which in effect, give them power of attorney over your total life. All the little rules they publish in "Title 26" are so much garbage, and unenforceable until you sign those documents. They can change the rules at whim, like most credit card companies, and if you don't roll over, they will pile on charges and harass you until you sign another document under penalty of perjury, their cute little plea bargain. If you remember nothing else, remember this.....no one can be put in jail for a debt, real or imagined. NO ONES property can be seized unless it is pledged for the alleged debts, and then it must be done so in local jurisdictions, not the bloody Fed. The Fed has no jurisdiction over any Sovereign Citizen of any state unless they charge that citizen with Treason, Aiding and abetting the enemy, etc, anything that is legally in their jurisdiction. If they issue a warrant against anyone, it must be sent to the local Sheriff, and being an elected official, he then has the responsibility to verify the legality of the warrant in accordance with the bill of rights. If he then arrests and detains a Sovereign Citizen within his jurisdiction, he is responsible for the lawsuits that follow. Ruby Ridge and Waco, and many other intrusions by Federal Agents will be discussed in more detail in the following pages.
